In the current digital era, various information is widely available without limits on the internet. However, unfortunately, the most hoax information being spread online in Indonesia currently is related to health. On the other hand, along with the development of the digital world, telemedicine is also growing rapidly on various platforms. Telemedicine includes consultations with doctors, buying medicine, and registering for hospital treatment online. Apart from health hoaxes and telemedicine, various health problems also arise because people do not understand the proper and correct use and handling of medicines. West Nusa Tenggara is reported as the province with the highest health complaints. One of the main problems in NTB is the low level of education for women and the many cases of early marriage and forced marriage, which gives birth to stunted and malnourished children in the family. Therefore, this community service activity targets women, especially mothers in NTB. The first day's activities include delivering material and workshops on increasing digital literacy, telemedicine, as well as how to obtain, use, store and dispose of medicines (dagusibu ) which is good and true. The event was attended by 75 participants who came from social health activists such as PKK, Posyandu, female teachers and female employees. The second day's activity was a direct visit to an area that falls into the 3T (Outermost, Innermost, Disadvantaged) category, namely Sambik Bangkol Village, North Lombok Regency and was attended by 125 local residents, men and women, as well as students who were carrying out Work Lectures. Real/KKN. So a total of 200 participants were involved in this activity. On the first day of activities, a pre-test and post-test were carried out as an evaluation of the event. There was an increase in the average knowledge of the participants by 37.27 percent with an average pre test of 69.56 and post test of 89.78. Socialization of health information, medicine and telemedicine is quite effective and efficient in increasing Lombok women's understanding and needs to be continued in the following year to educate NTB women in a wide area. This activity It was covered by local media, namely TVRI Mataram, private TV Selaparang, as well as in the daily Lombok Post.
Delivering material to increase the capacity of women activists in Lombok (NTB) regarding digital literacy regarding health, telemedicine and Dagusibu
Increasing digital literacy skills is very much needed in the current digital era, especially for women who are at the forefront of their families regarding health. Telemedicine has dominated the drug trade market in big cities in Indonesia which will eventually also reach the outermost/innermost areas such as Lombok. The use of Telemedicine will be risky for individuals, families and even the country; so that general knowledge about health and the proper and correct procurement, use, storage and disposal of medicines will greatly support public health.
