Total Quality Management (TQM) is a necessity to be implemented. Advanced production that results good products allows customers to choose goods with higher quality standards than normal goods. In societies that value high quality, one of the tasks of the producer is to organize production, and train and supervise the workers of the production. The production manager sets the standard, assesses the work of the employee and orders the reworking or repairs needed. The work must be able to produce products that have advantages, that is, each product can be made differently according to the customer's wishes. This product must also be able to maintain environmental conservation and uphold the health and safety aspects in working environment. Concerning this importance, every production worker needs to have good knowledge and understanding of quality management. The existence of a comprehensive reference is needed to answer this challenge.
