This community service program aims to apply the principle of Healing Environment in health facilities to improve its services to the community. The principle of Healing Environment is a design effort that focuses on user needs (user-centered design) in order to support the healing process, so the concepts implemented into interior design will be adjusted to the cultural background and habits of user health facilities. Some efforts that can be made to increase comfort and reduce anxiety in patients, among others is the arrangement of patient waiting areas through; Arrangement of a more adequate waiting area, comfortable sitting design, informative and interesting sign system design for convenience in determining the orientation, the application of natural elements into space, both directly and indirectly for biophilic design). Visualization Design and Application of Design In the interior of health facilities can compose the community paradigm on health facilities that are often felt to be less comfortable, Teruma for maternal and child patients who want to conduct examinations. The main target in this program is the waiting area of ​​the Polyclinic Room of the Health Facilities in the City of Bandung, especially the waiting area for maternal and child patients. Aspects of local culture and user preferences can be applied to various interior elements to create a space atmosphere that has a characteristic of local nuances. and familiar with users. The application of natural and cultural elements can be in the form of stories or information in the form of infographics that are expected in addition to appearing aesthetically but also attracting the interest of the user of the facility to read the information they want to deliver.
