. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role as a national economic support. However, various MSMEs collapsed with a pandemic and policy of limiting community mobility. MSMEs must be able to utilize new marketing models by entering e-commerce, but requires special competencies. This research applies the model 70:20:10 in MSME coaching. The model is a combination of online classes (3 times), discussions on social media (3 weeks) and MSME assistance (2 visits). Competence is mapped from the business process and an assessment instrument was developed. The results of the assessment indicate that there is significant competency increase (P <0.01). This research shows that the 70:20:10 model is quite effective for increasing MSME competencies.
