The process of implementing the BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the process of building building and infrastructure in an institution provides several benefits for institutions as Owner and Facility Managers, among others, increasing building performance through BIM-based energy analysis and design. The purpose of this service compiled protocols and BIM standards, implementing the protocol and BIM standard as part of the BIM system in one of the pilot projects of building and infrastructure development in the Bandung Institute of Technology and overseeing the application of the BIM system. This service method is collaboration with the Public Works of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in the development of flats in Tegal City developed using the Building Information Modeling platform. The results of the collaboration of the purpose of this Penngabdian are achieved well and currently the use of the Building Information Modeling platform provides benefits in the form of pre-eliminary calculations at the cost, work volume and scheduling before the physical development process is carried out significantly in the field.
