Degradation and Transfer of Land Functions in the Urban Region of Bandung City became a luxurious settlement area and the hotel gave a threat to the surrounding community. Efforts to revitalize agricultural activities in the community through integrated city agriculture are considered to be one of the effective solutions, especially because agricultural activities are able to provide nutritious food, revive the local economy, strengthen the spirit of togetherness and increase land use value for the community, thereby reducing the rate of land transfer . The community in Kampung Sekepicung (population of 2300 people) was a farmer, but the younger generation had turned into cheap workers and unemployed. On the other hand, residents' lands are sold to outside parties so that the land function is higher. Community Service Activities (PM) ITB has been carried out in this village since 2015 through the construction of an integrated city agricultural system prototype (SPT), whose purpose to reduce land rates belonging to land and increase land value for the community. Through collaboration with local community organizations, the activities in 2015 have succeeded in attracting the attention of the Ciburial village government and wider residents' interest to help develop similar systems in accordance with their land potential. This 2016 PM activity is planned as part of a multi-year program with the final goal of strengthening community institutions and local creative economic development based on biological resources in the third year (2018). This year's PM activities focused on the mapping and assessment of wider land around the location of the ITB PMS before, the involvement of partners in Permaculture Spatial Planning, the use of liquid fertilizer and compost technology in new lands, and partner assistance in the implementation of integrated agriculture. The strategy raised is a combination of responsive efforts to partner needs, sustainable independent business pilot, and active partnerships with the Ciburial village government in regional coaching.
