The weaving craft industry in Bali falls into the category of small and micro businesses which are generally run by households or cooperatives. Businesses like this have a specific market, especially only locally in Bali, and production is not carried out continuously, only based on orders. Therefore, production capacity is not large and labor and raw material requirements are also difficult to predict. In addition, recording product availability and transactions is carried out using paper and is not carried out and archived in a disciplined manner so that products are not exposed and inefficiencies occur.
A mobile application-based product and transaction recording system is available craftsmen have tried to apply it on the market, but it turns out it is not easy to use and makes craftsmen reluctant to use it again. Therefore, with an empathetic approach in design thinking, we propose and implement a simple recording system that suits the needs of weaving craftsmen. The results of the implementation are in accordance with the wishes of the user. However, its effectiveness still needs to be tested over a long period of time.

For KK: we can look down, feel the things that society needs, that society needs technological solutions that are simple (frugal), sustainable, and do not require high costs. For Indonesia: Information technology-based solutions generally require quite a lot of money. However, many MSME sectors will not be able to finance the use of this technology. Therefore, it is hoped that simple and minimal cost solutions can help small and micro industries towards a sustainable industry.
