Halal and Food security is integrated in one of the household industries that produce cakes and pastries. The design model uses a combined QFD approach with technology levels according to UNESCAP. Technoware components that can be met by The company is 36%. Humanware components that can be fulfilled by the company 31%. Efforts to improve the company's business processes are carried out by looking at the percentage the biggest gap for each component of technology and designing a proposed repair appropriate. The calculation results displayed are limited in the form of the level of technology readiness Technoware and Humanware. Implementation of the design model is done through fulfilling the level of component technology Technoware and humanware company on manual management system requirements Integrated food and security and security (SMKP). This fulfillment is done through 14 business processes as technical responses and 21 manual requirements smkpp as a customer Needs. Standards are said to have been fulfilled if the percentage of gaps is 0 or negative. Gap worth 0 or negative shows that technology level standards have been achieved by company, while positive value gaps show the level of company technology yet Able to meet the standard level of technology used.
