The fruit drying process using a drying cabinet donated by DRPM-ITB in 2022 has been carried out well. Dried fruit products can now be marketed through New Eden Moringa business partners. To expedite the production of dried fruit, this year's activities are more focused on establishing a business model related to fruit drying in the Wonga Wali Farmers Group. This business model consists of collecting and purchasing fruit carried out by a group appointed by the village head. The fruit will be handed over to the Wonga Wali Farmers Group for processing and drying. The dried fruit will be taken by the business partner, namely New Eden Moringa, to be marketed, with the main market currently being in Labuan Bajo. In establishing the business model, it was also discussed and agreed on the distribution of profits for villages and farmer groups. PIRT certification for mango, pineapple, banana, coconut, pumpkin and dried Chinese lemon has been submitted. Currently the name of the PIRT holder, namely Mrs. Imel, is waiting to take part in the training as a condition for obtaining the PIRT certificate. It is hoped that in the next few months PIRT will be published.

This community service activity is beneficial for the people of Inerie Village so that harvests such as bananas, mangoes, pineapples, coconuts and pumpkins can be preserved longer thanks to the electric and solar powered hybrid drying cabinet technology. In this way, the added value of crop yields increases, losses due to crop damage can be reduced, and people's income can increase.
